Belmont Junior School is a community school which was opened in 1955. We cater for children between the ages of seven and eleven years. Children are taught in year group classes. The schools last Ofsted inspection was in 2007/08, where our school was rated as outstanding. Here at Belmont Junior School we provide an outstanding, inclusive education enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential within a calm and caring environment. Belmont Juniors in a successful and welcoming school, which promotes a strong team approach to raising standards. Our school has a very successful partnership with the Vale Special School and children with physical disabilities are fully included in the life of the school.
